Hello April

EN: The month has barely started and I already have two cuts on my right hand due to a wine glass... hopefully this will be the only disaster this month because next week it's my Birthday >.<!

I can't believe that I'm turning 28, it's so freaking weird. I'm not having a big birthday party, I'm probably just going out for a drink with some mates of mine. 

Other than that I just looking forwards for happier times and getting my life sorted. xoxo

Hello March

EN: Hello everyone! And Hello March.

If you have seen my previous post (although not very frequent nowadays) you will know that my months of January and February were... lets says awful, bad things after bad things. I don't know if the negative cloud has completely moved away but I really hope that is and that the month of March will bring me new and exciting things. So far it already had even if it was for a short while ;).

So here for better and happy days!

Hello October

EN: So what do you know... October is here and so is autumn. As you probably know by now, I'm in London so is definitely a bit more cold over here than it is in Portugal but still is bearable. As I settle in I realize I need some things here and there, mainly some good boots for the rainy cold days. I have some sneakers and some high heels boots and other shoes but since I like to walk fast I need something more practical.  

I'm looking forwards for Halloween, although I don't know if I will go to any party or even if I can go but the funny thing is when we were still in September you could already see shops selling things for Christmas, the trees and decorations as well as Christmasy jumpers, etc... Oh Lord, I can't deal with all of this, I do not have the biggest Christmas spirit.

I'm hoping that October becomes a great month because for the last 2 weeks I had a lot of unlucky situations, the last one was my wisdom tooth that decided to star hurting me... really now? @_@ bah!

Hello September

EN: Hello Bananas and Hello September!

You know Autumn/Fall is coming when you start seeing a bunch of Autumn leaves, warm drinks and Halloween pictures on Tumblr and Pinterest.

I am now 18 days away of flying to London. I've been waiting for the longest time to return to London (basically since I arrived to Portugal in June 2012) and I thought that this day would never come and now that I'm two weeks and half away it's like, "What? I'm going to London in 18 days? UWhat?", it hasn't 100% sunk into my brain.

In the mean time, I've been doing my things here and there and still have a few things to do, one of them is to cut my hair... again. Back in May I went to the hairdresser and it was the same as not going. A couple of weeks later my hair was all dry, with split ends and I didn't even blow dried my hair or used the straighter. For the last year I have been avoiding them and this Summer I barely ever used them. So now it's time to try a new hairdresser... again ... -_-. Sometimes I think about cutting my hair like should length but then naaahhh I'm not ready for that.

Fashion wise, I'm all about black! I can't wait to put my hands on my black jeans that I left in London and rip them. Oohhh and my black pistol boots, I have missed them soooo much! I already have my eyes on some more black boots, YES Miss Selfridge I'm talking to you!

Hello August

EN: Hello Bananas!

And just like that we are on the 8th month of the year, before you know it, it's Christmas again x_X!
August will be a bit of a busy month for me, I can finally plan my return to London. I'm hoping to fly in September since tickets for August are so FREAKING expensive. I have to do some errands here and there and leave everything in order before I go. And also decide what goes with me and what stays behind, I'm lucky that I have a lot of winter clothes in London from last year. I think my bag will be filled only with, bags, shoes, jackets, make-up, nail polishes and accessories haha. But we will see, I still have to leave some clothes here in Portugal, for those times that I come and visit, that way I don't have to bring clothes whenever I come here.

Hello July

 

EN: Well what ya know? It's July! Ju-freaking-ly... the seventh month of the year. Time is flying waayyy too fast for my taste.

June was a month that started of shitty but then it got better much better. Simply because I'm lucky to have the friends that I have and I spent a lot of time with them this last month, specially last week. From Tuesday to Sunday I hanged out with my mates everyday. And I hope that July is no different.

EN: Hello Bananas! So I'm gonna say it... I can't believe we are already in June. I mean what the hell?!? Time is flying waayyy too fast for my taste but in any case Summer time should arrive soon. Well I hope so, I've heard this week that the weather this year won't be the best one :/. But hopefully we will have some good sunny days to enjoy the beach.

O dias passam a voar mas de qualquer das formas o Verão não tarda a chegar. Bem quer disser, ouvi esta semana que este ano o tempo vai andar um pouco marado :/. Mas com um pouco de sorte teremos alguns dias de sol para apreciar a praia.

Hello May

EN: Hello Bananas! Well what do you know... It's May!!! 

Overall my month of April was pretty good, definitely better than March for sure. Today I went to Sephora to collect my birthday gift, since I'm a Black Card Member. It's the second time that I receive one, although in 2012 I didn't get anything huuumm oh well. It was a mini-palette with 4 eye shadows, 2 lip glosses and one blusher and when I say mini it is very mini, it is a perfect travel size but I will later on in the month do a blog post about it. Also bought some little bits and bobs in Sephora that were in Sale sand then I finally bought a pair of Jeans at Bershka, I was in "desperate" need of  a new pair, since I gain a bit of weight it was enough for most of my jeans not to fit me anymore so I was always wearing the same blue jeans and the colour is starting to wash out.

Hello April

EN: Hello Bananas! How are you? 

If you saw my previous posts you will know that the month of March for me was horrible. So I'm really really reeaaalllyyy hoping that the month of April will be better.

April is a bit of a special month for me, because my birthday is on the 18th. So from right now I'm basically 17 days away of turning 27 years old. I will not lie, when I was younger I couldn't wait to be older but since I entered my 20's I get a bit "anxious" and "freak out" of getting older :/.

Also - and I can only speak for Europe - hoping that the weather gets better. In Portugal it has been raining constantly and then in the U.K. was still snowing... SNOWING? I think this is more than a sign that the world is changing, so be prepared. 

Anyways I leave you with some pictures as a bit of inspiration. I normally collect the pictures with Pinterest and nowadays with Tumblr as well. But today I went to Pinterest and when I clicked for the Embed option (which gives me a special link for the picture) it opens another page with God knows how many options in order to get a link but none of the links worked with Blogger. If you guys know anything about this, please let me know!

Hello February

Hello Bananas! It feels like that just yesterday we were in December 2012 and now we are already in February. Jesus times flies.

I haven't been in Portugal during the month of February for the last 3 years, so I have no idea how is the weather going to be but hopefully it will be sunnier.

Like I mentioned on yesterday's post with February it comes two dates that I hate, Valentine's Day and Carnival (Carnaval). Right now Pinterest and Youtube are getting filled with pictures and videos for V.Day aaahhh I can't deal with all the pinks and hearts. And with Carnival I used to celebrate it as a child but into my teens I lost interested and somewhere in the first decade of the year 2000 I started to celebrate (our version of) Halloween at Akuma Kanji's house which I prefer 10 thousands times more.
