Hello everyone!

Today I would like to show you something that I bought a few weeks ago.

So lately I've been seeing a lot of pictures with girls and their colourful ombré/decradé hair or deep dyed, whateva you wanna call it, it's when you have the ends of your hair dyed in pink,blue, green, purple etc... I wanted to do the same but to do so, I would have to bleach my ends and then dye them.... I can't do that right now, my hair is waayyy to fragile/weak to be bleached, so the next best thing is colourful hairspray! Kinda like the ones you will find during Carnival and Halloween. I saw in a magazine one hairspray brand, that I can't remember the name right now, that was sold either in Boots or Superdrug, one day after work I passed at a Superdrug next to my work and I couldn't find that same brand spray but I managed to find another one that was cheaper :P. The brand is from Superdrug, Superdrug Instant Colour Hair Spray UV GLOW - so it´s like a house brand item -  and they have at least 5 colours, pink, red, blue, yellow and black. I bought the blue can, Blue Hood, thinking it was gonna be light blue, but it ended being dark vibrante blue, but still you can notice on my hair, and I should point out that the bottom half of my hair is kinda black (because of a dye ink that won't go away) so you can notice the blue pretty well.
What's your opinion? I think I like to wear the hairspray when my hair has these big curls so I only spray some hair locks.

Amazon... we meet again #1

 

Very soon I will have these two babies in my possession! A sample size of the famous super hyped Moroccan Oil and new headphones from Sony.

I'm using Amazon U.K. to buy these items. I haven't used Amazon since my first and last time in 2009, when I bought one of those gamers headpphones with microphone for an Ex-bf of mine as a Christmas gift, they were super cool, the sound of the bass with those headphones were ORGASMIC, sooooo good. Anyways, now that I'm back in the UK I decided to purchase some things, for the moment are these two.

For the Morrocan Oil I decided to buy the 10ml sample size, because even though there is a lot of positive feedback, on Amazon you can read people's comments about the item and there were some negative comments like, that the product didn't do absolutely nothing what so whatever to their hair and that the product is not even from Morroco is from Israel or something, and some people were scared of the ingredients aswell, so based on this, instead of buying the 20something Pounds bottle and get disappointed, 'cause knowing my hair like I do I would probably will, I will buy this one for now for 5.98£ and see what happens. Have any of you guys ever tried the Moroccan Oil?

And Regarding the headphones, well I basically need new ones lol. What I really wanted was one of those Beats by Dre headphones but they are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive >.<, so these Sony MDRZX100W Fashionable Headphones in White, will do for now, aren't they cute? Hopefully the quality of the sound will be good!

Sex and the City a bit of a hair FAIL!

On the movie "Sex and the City 2", Carrie Bradshaw goes to her gay friend Stanford's wedding. And before going there she already was dressed up with a suit and has the first hairstyle with a wild high ponytail with a braid, and then at the wedding she has no pony.... or braid.... wtf?

I finished all seasons of Sex and the City, plus I re-saw the 2 movies. uuufff! Conclusion: LOVED IT! 

I do admit that at times Carrie did annoyed me with her relationships, but ok.

There were at least other two hair fails during the seasons of S.a.t.C., the last one that I remember was on season 6, when Carries was dating the Russian guy, one night she goes to his place, and she has her hair straight, they to the thing with the thing gigiri gigiri hum hum aalllrriigghhttt, and after, while on the bed she has wavy hair.... and then when she leaves the house, the hair is straight again... what the balls?

Now is time to move on to another serie..... hhummm what shall I consume next?

Hiya,

Have you ever heard of Ombré hair? It basically consists of having lighter hair colour on the both part of your hair.

And lately I’ve been thinking about doing it.... huummmm

Here are some pictures of celebrities with Ombré hair, and also a video that explains one of the ways to do it. On this video they dye the roots of the hair in a darker colour, the other way that you can do it (I could find a good video) is to simply bleach the ends of your hair, like half way down – depending on the length of your hair. But the main thing is to do it in a irregular way :)

In need of a haircut...

The last time I cut my hair was in August, and in December I’m going to Mozambique for a wedding, aaaand my hair is starting to have split ends, so yeah cutting time!

Lately I’ve been thinking of doing a Blunt fringe (again). The last time I tried it was back in 2005 (I think). The thing is, when I did it, at the hair salon of course, it look good, but I’m not rich to go to the hairdresser every time I wash my hair, so when I had to take care of the fringe myself, disaster! :S My I say that back then, I only had a crappy blow dryer and my brush, nowadays, I have 2 good blow dryers, a good flat iron, heat protectors, wax, hair spray, so maybe it will work this time around.

Another thing that I’m concerned with is how it is going to look on me. I’m not sure if my face shape is either Oval or Round, and I’ve been googling about hairstyles, and they say that people with Oval faces, have what is considered the perfect shape, they can get away with any hairstyle, and can wear the Blunt fringe with no problems. But people with Round faces should STAY WAY from the Blunt fringe >.< oh oohhhh.

I will ask the Hairdresser, although I kinda have a bit of a trauma with Hairdressers. One time, I asked the woman to cut my hair on the back straight (no layer on the back at all), so she washed my hair, cutted, blow dried, and straightened, and they she showed to me, but at the time I didn’t notice, only like 2WEEKS LATER, when I decided to straight my hair by myself, I noticed that on side the hair till a bit over my shoulder and the other side was close to my boob o_O .

Another time, different hair salon, I wanted layers on the front of my hair, and again the whole shenanigans, washed, cut, dry it, straightened, saw it and it looked good, it was only later (don’t remember how long it took me to notice) that I notice that AGAIN, one side was layered, and the other was cut straight, like WTF MAN! -_-

Soooo yeah, lots to think about. Plus I might dye my hair black again, I can see my roots and so parts of the hair, the color is fading away and looking a bit reddish.

Talent runs in this family - Willow Smith

Who here doesn't know actor William Smith? Okei, he is married to actress Jadda Pinkett Smith, with whom he has 2 kids together, Jaden Smith (who is also an actor) and Willow Smith (that is launching her music carrier now. Will Smith also has another son, from a previous relationship called Willard Smith III.

Anyways, Little Willow, who's now 9 years old (she will become 10 on Halloween's Day) started a music carrier. Her first Single is "Whip my Hair", and even though I'm 24 years old, I digg the song XD. It has a good beat, the girl knows how to dance, and she has a wild cool style. She reminds of a mini-Rihanna, good sense of Fasion, and also Willow's voice remembers at times Rihanna's voice (at least on this song).

So yeah I guess that talent runs in this family :P

Guess what? .... I'm Black =O

Well in this case I'm kinda talking about my hair XD. Last week I decided to dye my hair black, I was so tired with what was going on with my hair. I basically had 3 colours going on.

So last time I dyed my hair, was in April for my Bday, I dyed with a colour named “Mystic Violet” from Color XXL from Schwarzkopf, on the upper part of my hair and on the bottom I dyed it in Black from Movida from the brand Garnier. So after a lot of washing and a bit of beach and after FIVE MONTHS of course the colours were dead. The violet, which I think it wasn’t really violet, was more like a burgundy, fade out and the black became dark brown, basically my natural hair colour. And Besides having these 2 colours on my hair, I also had my brown roots growing >.<

I never thought it would take me so long to dye my hair again, to cover those colours, I always pointed out girls, “wwhyyyy doesn’t she dyes her hair, I mean look it that, what colour is that? Bla bla bla”, now I know I do realize there are maannnyyy reasons for that:

- The person is tired of dying their hair,

- Realized that dying their hair damages their hair a lot,

- Wants that colour to fade out a lot so that they can dye it in a lighter colour,

- Are waiting for Summer and the beach season to be gone,

- Or simply because they don’t have money to buy some hair dye, because the longer your hair is , the more packages you have to buy.

So I went to a shop here in my town, that sells hair products among other beauty stuff, and I got two packages of the colour Black (Loking at my hair I think this is Jet Black, meaning black black blaaaaaaack). On the next day I went to my friend’s house and she took care of my hair. I can dye my own hair, I done it before, if the last time I did it myself, my it is kinda of a messy job if you do it to yourself. So it was kinda like killing 2 birds with one stone, got to see my friend and catch up, plus she dyed my hair :P
