Nails Inc. London swatches: Power Pink

DSCF4256

EN: Hello Bananas.
So today I have another nail polish show-off for you. It's a Nail Inc. London nail polish and the name of the colour is "Power Pink", although for me it doesn't necessarily looks like pink, for me it's more on the Lilac side. The bottle of this nail polish is a little bit diferent because it's written InStyle on the front of it. This is because this nail polish came with a magazine called InStyle. They had 3 options, this "Power Pink", a pastel light blue and then either a pastel peachy or a pastel yellow I can't remember.
In case you don't know, in the U.K., Nails Inc. London nail polishes go from £11 to £14 individually (the least) and the magazine costs about £3.80, so it was a deal that I couldn't let it pass. Right?
Much like my other Nails. Inc. London nail polishes, the application is great, very smooth, it looks better with two coats and the durability like I always say, it will depend of your Topcoat and how much you touch water, but I reckon this one can go till 3 to 4 days intact. For the Topcoat I used Catrice "Quick Dry & High Shine".And for a bit of change, I applied some loose glitter that I have on my ring finger.
What do you think of the end result?

E.L.F. swatches: Lilac

E.L.F. Lilac

EN: Hello Bananas!
Today's post about a E.L.F. nail polish that I bought last year named Lilac. My overall opinion about this nail polish is pretty much similar to another review that I've done for Mango Madness nail polish from E.L.F. [review here].
- It has a "liquidy" formula;
- It's easy to apply and easy to remove;
- If you want it to last longer (more than maybe 2/3 days) on your nails, I suggest you to use a good topcoat nail polish over it;
- This nail polish is a bit more sheer than Mango Madness, so sometimes just two coats won't be enough, you might have to apply a third one. Of course this is personal preference, you might like it just with two, which was what I applied on these pictures;
- Price, about £1.50.

[review aqui].
- Tem uma formula bem líquida;
- É de fácil aplicação e também para remover;
- Se querem que o verniz dure mais tempo (mais do que 2/3 dias) nas vossas unhas, eu sugerido que usem um bom topcoat por cima;
 - Este verniz é um pouco mais transparente que o Mango Madness, por isso algumas vezes só duas passagem do verniz podem não ser suficientes e por isso uma terceira é necessária. Mas isto é só a minha preferência pessoal, vocês podem preferir só duas camadas como podem ver nas fotos;
- Preço, cerca de £1.50 (Libras).

Nails Inc. London swatches: Windsor Castle

DSCF4362

EN: Hello Bananas! Today I will share with one my first Magnetic nail polishes from Nails Inc. London called Windsor Castle. I have this nail polish since March 2012, I got it as an early Bday gift. I loooove the colour, it's blue with some purple shimmer/undertone.
Now regarding the application, like my other N.I.L. nail polishes it's perfect no complaints the issues start with the magnet, you have to apply two coats of the nail polish in order to then use the magnetic, but the marks not always show up, I don't know if I was not applying enough nail polish or the magnetic is a bit weak. Annnooother thing that annoys me is the fact that this nail polish doesn't last more than 24 hours on my nails -_-. I am not joking! In the past I have used the Kensington Caviar Topcoat but this time I used the Catrice Quick Dry & High Shine Topcoat and it's the same. It's like as soon as the clock hit the 24 hour mark it starts peeling :( *sigh*.
I don't how necessary it is to use the Kensington Caviar Basecoat (I have the Topcoat not the Basecoat) for these Magnetic nail polishes. I have used others in the past and it made no difference what so ever.
Have any of you ever bought a N.I.L. Magnetic nail polish? What was your experience with it? Do I really need the K.C. Basecoat to make it last?

Catrice swatches : 620 Captain Sparrow's Boat

Catrice Captain Sparrow Boat
EN: Hello Bananas! Today I'm going to share with you one of my latest purchases a Catrice nail polish. One day I went with my friend Akuma Kanji to our local super market called Continente and inside they have a little pharmacy called Wells, besides selling like you know medicines and what not they have a little place with some cosmetics and one of them is Catrice stuff. I initially was a only going to buy to things, one of them the Catrice Topcoat but as we were paying we noticed that there were a few nail polishes on sale and they were selling two nail polishes for the price of one basically, Akuma wanted one and I wanted one as well, so she paid for both and I paid her my half.
Anyways long story short this is was I bought, Catrice 620 Captain Sparrow's Boat, it's a  lovely dark grey/gun metal (if you prefer) colour. amaze-balls!

DSCF2894
EN: Hello everyone! Today's post is again about nail polish but this time with a bit of close up photos and a little review.
This Ciaté nail polish in the colour Jelly Bean, came with a magazine, I bought it while I was living in London early this year, it was the July issue of Marie Claire. The magazine alone cost £3.70 but it was a deal because the nail polish alone costs £9, so you get a magazine aaaaand a cool nail polish. There were 3 options, one was a bit beige pink, one lilac but I went for the hot pink because I needed a new one.

E.L.F. swatches: Mango Madness

DSCF2373
EN: Hello everyone. Today's post is about another nail polish swatch/review, I haven´t done these in a big while. And I think for the first time I'm doing a review of a Eyes Lips Face product.
I already talked about this - you can see the post about it here - but a few moths ago while I was in London I decided buy some products of E.L.F. and overall I'm satisfied.
But today I will just focus on this nail polish, called Mango Madness.

Sleek MakeUp | Nailed Polish swatches: Florida

DSCF2262

Hello everyone!
I haven’t done one these in a while. Today I will share with you some pictures of one of the three nail polishes from Sleek MakeUp that I bought a big fat while ago.
If you would like just to see the colour of the other two nail polishes you can check this post here, but in the future I will do a review on them.
Right now let’s focus on this one, as you can see it’s a bright-right on yo face-orange, the name of the colour is Florida (22) and if I’m not mistaken it belong to a line called Nailed Polish from Sleek MakeUp.
Here are some more close up photos of my nails.

Nails Inc. London swatches: St Mark´s Square

DSCF2097
Hiya everyone! I couple of days ago I tried another Nails Inc. London nail polishes, this one is called St Mark's Square. Huuummm how can I describe this colour? I guess in terms of the colour itself, it´s like what?... sort of Lilac? But with some shimmer I suppose.
The application went pretty smooth, I applied first one coat of the O.P.I. Nail Envy for Maintenance (doesn't belong to me), then two coats of the St Mark's Square and finished up with one coat of Seche Vite, the Holy Grail of Topcoat dry fast nail polishes like evAr, that thing WOKS! If I remember well I think the nail polish lasted for like three days intact.
And now for some pictures!

Nails Inc. London swatches: Fitzrovia

DSCF1769
Today I'm showing you another nail polish from Nails Inc. London, this one is called Fitzrovia.
It's a nude creamy colour, sort of bege but then sometimes it looked like it had a pinkinsh undertone.
I absolutely fell in LOVE with this colour!
For a good result I applied two coats of Fitzrovia on my nails. Now you might have read a previous post of mine HERE, where I complained the fact that the Nails Inc. London nail polishes didn't stay long on my nails, so this time I decided to use a different Basecoat and Topcoat. For the Basecoat I used O.P.I. Nail Envy for Maintenance (this one doesn't belong to me) and then for the Topcoat I used a clear Barry M nail polish. This way the nail polish stayed a bit longer, instead of just one day, I think it managed to reach three days intact, after that the ends start coming out. I probably should start wearing gloves when I wash the dishes.
Here are some more close up photos of my nails.

Nails Inc. London swatches: Kensington Caviar and Boltons Place

DSCF1673
Nails Inc. London nail polishes, on the left Kensington Caviar (Topcoat) and on the right Boltons Place.
I already showed you my 6 Nails Inc. London nail polishes on a previous post of mine "Early Bday Gift", now I will start showing you swatches of each one of them. Today I'm showing you two of them, the Kensington Caviar that can be used as a basecoat and a topcoat, and the Bolton Place.
It was funny that when I got these nail polishes, there were a couple of magazine features of the brand, and one of them talked about the creator of N.I.L. Thea Green and her struggle and her perseverance to launch the brand.
