Next Sunday I have this Church thingy to go to over here in London, it´s like First Communion (Primeira Comunhão), of a little girl.
So I would like to ask for YOUR opinion on these two outfits options. Mind you the dress is more of a Coral colour, but with the flash of my camera it looks more pinkish and in terms d length it reaches me right around my knees. I was going to buy a new pair of shoes, in black but then I found out that the ones that I wanted are from a previous collection so I won´t be able to find them anymore, specially on my size -_- , God, and they were so cute and comfortable... anyways, I will use what I have.
The First option on the left is with my Mint shoes from Primark, do this two colours go well together? If I do where those shoes I might buy a mint belt in order to match. Since after all I´m living IN LONDON and so far rain is predicted till the weekend, the back up plan is the second option, it's with my Black ankle boots from Seaside and I will wear them with black tights as well.
So what do you think?

P.S. Update: I will wear a little cardigan jacket over it. Plus according to my family that have been to other church events here in London, there are people that wear worse outfits than mine XD so I'm guessing they Church people won't stop me of getting in hehe.

ReplyDeleteNão sei como são as igrejas em Londres, entendi que é uma igreja católica. Se forem muito conservadores, convém levar sapatos fechados, e um vestido com mangas ou pelo menos um bolero/casaco para tapar os ombros, o vestido deve ser cumprido até tapar os joelhos o pelos menos até ao início do joelho e sempre com collants, sempre. Não sei como ficará o decote do vestido em si, mas se mostrar "muita pele" convém levar um lenço/encharp.
Se não forem de todo conservadores, acho que o primeiro sapato fica bem mas usaria collants sem tapar os dedos à mesma.
Minha querida, sendo para uma primeira comunhão, eu cairia para a segunda escolha. Acho que vai ficar lindíssimo de qualquer das formas e sempre vais mais sóbria.

ReplyDeleteA semana passada fui a um casamento numa igreja aqui no Reino Unido. Como ja deves ter reparado quando sais, as inglesas sao tudo menos conservadoras. Lol (Espero nao ser morta por isto!)
Vi decotes, ombros a mostra, sapatos abertos, shorts curtissimos, etc. Devo referir que o casamento era bastante chic, portanto seja qual for o tipo de casamento a que vais, nao teras qualquer problema com estas opcoes.
Na minha opiniao, se comprares um cinto verde a combinar com os sapatos e usares um cardigan por cima do vestido vais muito bem! Gosto muito destes sapatos verdes :)
Mas, claro que com este tempo aqui em Londres, es bem capaz de precisar das botas pretas como "back-up plan". Hahaha!

Amiga qualquer uma das opções fica bem.. tanto os sapatos cremes como as botas pretas.. Porém para o meu gosto penso que as botas ficam a matar!
