EN: Hello Bananas! Well I haven't done one of these in a while simple because even though I started the year kinda well, started to workout but slowly the motivation was soon gone, which in a way is very common among people that make promises like "Next year I'm going to start working out and loose weight!" and a lot of people do start but then they quit, which was my case.
I guess for me it was more due to the fact that some things weren't going well in my private life so working out was the last thing in my mind.
So I've been working out On and Off for the last few weeks but I'm kicking myself in the butt and hopefully this time around I will stay in focus.

Body Talk is a channel that was created last year and it reunites a few Youtubers and from Monday to Friday each day has a different topic but I will focus only on Mondays where the videos are about working out exercises. So far they have had 3 different instructors, initially there was Angie Newson a Pilates Instructor and then Kate Appleton which I suppose she's a Yoga Instructor but her exercises were more for pregnant ladies I assumed (which is NOT my case lol) and currently we have the The Lean Machines Boys (John and Leon) that I talked about on my first working out post [here].

She is beautiful! And yes, I do workout! I go to the gym all the time! COuldn´t do without! I am a lazy girl, don´t get wrong but I also like to look good..kinda, I guess so I get my ass up and work it, done posts about it on my blog! Love this post btw! Very inspiring!
