EN: Hello Bananas! Well I haven't done one of these in a while simple because even though I started the year kinda well, started to workout but slowly the motivation was soon gone, which in a way is very common among people that make promises like "Next year I'm going to start working out and loose weight!" and a lot of people do start but then they quit, which was my case.
I guess for me it was more due to the fact that some things weren't going well in my private life so working out was the last thing in my mind.
So I've been working out On and Off for the last few weeks but I'm kicking myself in the butt and hopefully this time around I will stay in focus.
