Dream House #18
EN: Now that I finally have a job and I already spent some money buying essentials that I needed the next step is to start gathering money so that I can rent my own bedroom.
Now in case you don't know, London is a massive city and there are good areas and bad areas. Where I currently live has a bit of a bad reputation and the only reason that I'm here and feel "kinda safe" is because I'm living with some family members of mine other than that I don't think I would be living here unless I had no choice. Which brings me to the next part, since there are good and bad areas, of course the good areas are going to be more expensive, so I want to try and find a good size bedroom, in a decent area not to far away from the city center, at a affordable price, is that to much to ask? It actually kinda of is haha.
Because unless you earn a lot of money and you want to live let's say till zone 3 (London is divided by zones) plus the requirements that I stated before it can be very hard. So I either ended up living in a good area, inside zone 3, pay less for public transports and have a shitty room OR I live far away from the city center, have a good room but then pay a lot for the public transports -_- aaahhhh dilemmas dilemmas!
So the search begins!

Dream House #17
EN: Here in London I'm living with some family members of mine and since I arrived back in September they had some problems with the lights in the big bathroom. Basically the upstairs neighbor had some water pipes problems and it ended damaging the ceiling, the walls and the lights of my family's house :/. So for a month and a half I've been taking a shower with candle lights but my family have been dealing with this since August.
This week the man FINALLY came to fix the lights and guys I kid you not, I was so used to taking a shower with candles that when I finally turned on the lights it was mind blowing haha.
I think the best solution would be to have windows in your bathroom but then again it would only be useful during the day hehe.

EN: Hello Bananas.
Well to make this post was a bit of a hassle. For some reason when I add the links of the pictures on Blogger the picture didn't upload. So I literally I had to upload one picture, close the page and then upload again, again and again etc... *sigh*.
Anyways here are some pictures of some awesome kitchens.
Oh and thank you so much for your feedback on my previous post about my D.I.Y. project :).

EN: Since Pinterest has a new layout design at the moment I'm not able to share pictures from there. None of the links work on my Blog. I had this problem before but them I went back to the old format but since is inevitable to avoid change, now I'm stuck. So I'll be collecting my picture from Tumblr 'till figure out how to work with Pinterest. And the thing that annoys me the most is that some pictures from some of my older posts like Dream House, Things that make me go hummm or monthly inspiration don't show up -_- rsrsrs.
If you know how to embed pictures from Pinterest (from the new layout design) to Blogger PLEASE let me know.
Anyways today's pictures are of living rooms and place where I've been spending a lot of times these days watching TV series after series.

EN: Hello Bananas! When I normally do these kind of posts I collect my pictures from Pinterest and Tumblr but I was checking some older posts of mine and I noticed that the pictures are not appearing, meaning I have to re-edit the posts and "refresh" the embed codes of the pictures. God Pinterest I thought you were suppose to be perfect!
Anyway enjoy some beautiful house pictures (if they still are showing, if not please let me know) that I like.

EN: Today I was doing some bedroom cleaning and I had to step outside twice, one two throw out some garbage and another to pick something I that I dropped out of my window and all this story to tell you that it was kinda of hot over here and immediately made me wish I had a swimming pool right outside.
Is it too soon to say that Summer has arrived to Portugal?
PT: Hoje estive a fazer algumas limpezas e arrumações no meu quarto e tive de sair de casa duas vezes, uma para ir deitar o lixo e outra para ir apanhar uma vassourinha que eu tinha deixado cair da minha janela e posso dizer que estava calor e imediatamente fez-me desejar por uma piscina aqui mesmo ao lado do meu prédio. Eu sei que existe pelo menos um prédio aqui na minha terriola que tem uma piscina para os moradores... aaahhh sortudos! Ainda cheguei a ir lá, quando uma amiga da minha mãe vivia por lá.
Será cedo de mais para dizer que o Verão já chegou a Portugal?

EN: Hello Bananas! Today's Dream House post is about living rooms. My perfect living room would be big and spacious, would have big windows because I love natural lighting and comfy sofas.
PT: Olá Bananas! O post de hoje da minha Casa dos Sonhos é sobre salas. Para mim a sala perfeita seria grande e espaçosa, com janelas grandes porque eu adoro aproveitar o máximo da luz natural e teria sofás bem confortáveis, daqueles que nem apetece sair de lá.

EN: Aaaaaahhh how good is to dream, huh? Honestly if money was no object I don't know if I would buy one in the city or at the country more suburbia areas. Even though I grew up in a small peaceful town I love the city. But then again if I was rich.... I would probably have more than house haha.
What do you guys prefer?
PT: Aaaaaahhh como é bom sonhar, hein? Sinceramente se dinheiro não fosse problema eu não sei se compraria uma casa na cidade ou no campo. Embora eu tenha crescido numa vila pequena meio campónia e pacata eu adoro a cidade. Mas também se eu fosse rica... provavelmente compraria mais do que uma casa haha.
O que é que vocês preferem?

Hello everyone. If I could build/design my dream house I would make an area big enough so that I could received my friends and family, so that we don't have to sit in the living room or in the kitchen, at least that's what ends up happening with my family.

EN: Hello everyone! Now, I'm not the greatest cook but for some reason I always wanted a big kitchen. Maybe because that is also my mother's dream, to have a house with a big massive kitchen or is just simply the fact that I have a big family and when everybody gets together it's chaotic so I would love to have as much space as possible for family's get-togethers meals.
PT: Olá a todos! Eu não sou das maiores e melhores cozinheiras mas por alguma razão eu sempre quiz uma cozinha grande. Talvez porque também sempre foi o sonho da minha mãe ou simplesmente é pelo facto de que eu tenho uma grande família e quando o pessoal se junta é o caos, por isso eu adoraria ter o máximo de espaço possível para as refeições em família.

"Office spaces are very wonderful for the office spaces", silly joke that only very few people will know where it's from :P.
Sooo yeah today Dream House post is about Office Rooms. I can not tell you how ttiiired I am of my computer desk. Is 11 years old, it's in cherry wood and it doesn't go with the rest of the whiteness of my bedroom!
When I moved in to this apartment with my parents, in my bedroom I had two things in white (bed and wardrobe) and two things in cherry wood (a bookcase and my desk). Years have passed and now my bedroom has more white furniture and the only thing "ruining" my bedroom is my desk!
Now what I really wish is that we had an extra room in our house just for an office. I really wish one day if I manage to have my own house that I can have a room just for the office, I no longer fancy the idea of having a desk in a bedroom. I want to have a bedroom just to sleep (and what not) and a office so that I could do my work at, get it? The two together just screams messy because I have so much stuff! BAH!

EN: OH wow it has been a while since I done one of these posts! I tell you Pinterest is addicting and one of my favourite personal folders/boards is the Home Sweet Home one. I loooove collecting house pictures. Today's pictures will focus mainly on swimming pools .
PT: EHNA já à algum tempo que não fazia um post destes! Digo-vos o Pinterest é viciante e uma das minhas pastas/quadros pessoais preferidos é o Home Sweet Home - Lar Doce Lar. Eu adoooooro coleccionar fotos de casas. Hoje o post é focado nas piscinas.

Hello again my lovely follower!
I'm sorry again for the lack of posts, but I should get back to normal soon.... I hope >.
Now I'm writting you from Portugal, I'm back home now :D, finally eating proper food :P
Last week was crazy bananas, I though it would be calmer, so I could enjoy a last week in Prague, when the weather was actually GOOD and sunny, but in the end was hard, between the packing, and doing some stuff for the Da Vinci programme, and closing my bank account, and partying hard on Friday Night - uuuuhhhh it was nice - but more about that later on.... gotta catch up with my Prague´s Resumes ssssssss aahhhhhh >.<
Anyways, my journey on Sunday evening to Portugal in overall went pretty well. I actually had extra luggage, and I asked the guy about this thing that TAP airline has for Erasmus students that can bring extra kilos, and not pay for it, I wasn't sure if it was still valid or not, I had a document saying that I was an Erasmus student, although was in Portuguese (the guy didn't speak portuguese).... but in the end I didn´t pay extra for nothing :O :D. My flight was one hour delayed, so I basically just arrived in Lisbon, Portugal, at midnight. My mom and my cousin came to pick me up, we went home, my dad was still awake lol, and after an hour or so I had to go to sleep, I was DEAD!
You know what's worse than packing? ...... UNPACKING! Now I'm doing that, and realizing I have too much shiz!.... My wardrobe is about to explode. So other than just put the clothes back in there, I'm taking some time and analizing the clothes, basically checking things that I don´t use, and put them apart, either to throw them away, or give it to someone else.... It´s time to refresh my wardrobe... if I don´t use it, why the hell keep it? I have big problems with letting go of stuff, so baby steps. I did a bit with the clothes and even some old make-up, other than that is hard lol. I'm hoping that they manage to fix the damn loft/attic in my building, so I can move some stuff upstairs, like for example, travelling bags, yeah we are full of them, and that stuff takes up space, even if we put one inside another insinde another inside another lol.
Okei then, I will go back to the unpacking stuff, and then hopefully tomorrow I can do a post about my August shopping, which I didn't managed to so far, and replied to your comments!!!

Dream House #1
Lately (maybe due to the fact that I'm home alone at the moment), I've been dreaming about my dream house, if I ever will be able to have my own place, and how would I decorate it? I like a dozen of styles at the same time, and not all of them go together. I like simple modern style, wooden houses, Victorian, Japanese, Indian, Latin American, African inspired uuuffff ... which one to pick?
From now on, every now and then I will post (if you don't mind :p) a few random pics of houses and room devisions that I like.

Home Alone!
Yyyyyyyeeeppppp, I'm home alone! My housemate Aya left today for vacation in her home country Japan! So I'm home alone till the beggining of August. I've been home alone before, but I never lived completly alone, luckly this is not a massive house, where I go like "uh what´s that sound?", "uh, who's there?" lol. This is definitely gonna be a new experience for me. >.< In a way is pretty much the same, the big difference is that I won't have anyone to talk to (other than Skype/MSN) in the house, face to face. Oh man I have to take care of the fish -_- BAH!
