Musical Friday #100

EN: Hello Bananas! I can't believe that I reached my 100th Musical Friday >.<. I think I officially started doing them in 2011 :P. Wow time flies.

I have nothing to say about this week, all days seem the same to me, that's what happens when you are unemployed.

Musical Friday #78

Hello everyone! How are you?

Another week as passed and we are getting closer and closer to Christmas. 

This week I met up with an old friend that I haven't seen her since I arrived back to Portugal so we finally got to catch up and I ended up dying her hair lol.

Also I filmed 2 videos today, actually one of them I had to re-filmed because I forgot something the first time BAH. This weekend I should upload a new video on my Youtube channel, if you haven't subscribed feel free to do it [here].

Plus today is my dear friend Akuma Kanji's Birthday yyeeeeaaaaiiiiii. Luckily it didn't rained today, yesterday it was a full on non-stopping rainy day, that even a football match had to be reschedule the Stadium basically became a swimming pool area lol.

Oh you guys may or may not have noticed but on the right I created these little "word banners" with some of the websites where you can find me like Twitter, Bloglovin', Pinterest and Tumblr. What do you think about them? Ideally I would like to have something like Andy from Style Scrapbook has on her Blog, but I have NO idea how to do such thing.

The video is pretty wicked as well my only "disappointment" is that Britney is not dancing, like actually dancing like old school Britney would, I mean Madonna is 50's and she moves more than that. C'MON!

Hello everyone, just a quick post today. This week nothing special happened but tomorrow it will hopefully be a fun day!

Tomorrow I'm going to a Bloggers gathering named "Lisbon Blinner" as the name suggests it will happened in Lisbon and there will be a picnic! There is going to be at least 50 Portuguese Bloggers over there and I'm very excited to meet them all!

Today I spent my day pampering/preparing myself for tomorrow, doing my nails, washing my hair and straighten it, ironing my clothes, and accessories, organizing my makeup that I'm going to use plus my bag, etc... since the meeting starts at 12pm and I kinda have to wake up early because of that (hopefully I won't over sleep -_-) so I need to leave most of my stuff prepared so that I don't forget anything.

Okay then I'm off to take care of the rest of my stuff and go to bed soon, enjoy the music!

Psy - Gangnam Style - You are gonna watch this and go like "WHAT THE F*** IS THIS KAREN?" I knoowwwwww, it's freaking AWESOME! It's the new phenomenon, see it has the new "Macarena". Psy the singer is Korean, and he's becoming a worldwide sensation. For the last 2 weeks I he was in the USA, on TV Shows and what not - he even appeared at the MTV VMA's 2012 for a bit - I guess promoting his single and teaching people how to dance :P.

Wassup ya´ll? How was your week? Mine meeeh not to bad... I guess the heat has finally arrived to Portugal, like the really strong heat wave, dessert style, even though I never been to the dessert lol.

Believe or not I haven´t been to the beach yet, crazy uhn? But I really want to >.<.

Other than that, this week I went to a shopping mall with my Mom, the main point was to find clothes for my mother, but we ended up just finding 2 good things for her - damn! and she says that I´M picky - and she bought me a cute little purse and a bracelet from Bershka and after that we went to like a-bit-of-everything-store named Babou. Apparently Babou is shutting down, I down know if it is just that one in Montijo or all of them, but everything is 50% off! Me and Mom, we were just looking around and just going to buy one thing but when we went to pay the item and she told us the price we were like "Oi!", so we decided to stay and look for more stuff to take. They sell from clothes, to toys, to house stuff etc... My Mom is thinking of going there again next month... these are hard times man!

My bedroom cleaning, is still a work in process, even though you don´t see a biiiig changes in my bedroom, I did managed to fill 5 bags - 3 with paper/magazines 2 with plastic stuff - it all went to the recycling bins. I still have some boxes to go trough and also I have to give a check up to my wardrobe here, see if anything need to go.

Well that´s all for now, today I will share with you some fun Summer loving type of songs. also more videos than the usual 5. Today I was thinking "Which song is going to be this years Summer Hit song?". Summer Hit songs are special for me, they make me travel in time. Do you have a favourite Summer Hit Song?

Musical Friday #54

Hello everyone! How was your week?

For me honestly I've been feeling veeerrry tired. Since last week, it kinda been non-stop. So I work from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30, and I have to travel for like an hour to go to work and return. Last Thursday (from the previous week) I think I went somewhere after work, Friday went to a pub after work, Saturday I did a trip to the south of U.K., Sunday I was completly dead, and since then it's been hard for me not to feel tired have way trough the day. Also this week after work I always have to pass somewhere and once I get home, is not peace and quite, since I'm living with some family members they have a 4 year old boy, and Oh Boy... I guess you can image, he one minute loves me and does what he his told, another is like pure rebellion.... >.<. Normally after dinner I will g to "my" bedroom, and tidy up my things, 'cause in the morning it looks a like a hurricane, and after that I just stay with my computer trying to catch up with some thing and trying to post some for my Blog... but this Thursday I came to  a conclusion I need a small break from my Blog...

Wednesday night when I was writing my The Body Shop haul post, I stayed up till kinda late, and then the next morning I basically overslept... so I realized "Okay this is not right! Blogging for me is more of an hobby not a full-time job like it is for some Blogger. I don't get any money for Blogging so why am I pushing myself so much? This is not fun.". So I decided to take a break and maybe comeback next Friday for the Musical Fridays post. 

I'm 2 weeks away of leaving London, so I want to enjoy more the city, have to start buying some stuff for my mother that she wants (mainly like food spices -_-) and etc...

Oh the great things about this week though... There a free magazine on Wednesdays called Stylist, you can normally find it at the Underground entrance, and there was a page saying that if I took that magazine I could get a free sample of a Guerlain perfume called "Le Petite Robe noire".. and I went to Selfridges and I got one hehe. And then yesterday my cousin that I lived with she gave me 3 more Nails Inc Londn nailpolishes, OMG so now I have 10 of them... never though if would have "so many" in such a sort time of period! lol

Musical Friday #41

Hello everyone! What's going on hein?!

Apparently I have a Canadian English accent o_O haha! Yesterday on the train, I was talking to two of my colleagues, one is a Spanish boy, the other a Thai-German girl and a man (kinda drunk) comes along and asked me: "Is that a Canadian accent?"

Me: aaahhhhhh not really I guess...

Man: Where are you from?

Me: Portugal.

Man: #Shocked faced O_O. But but but how did you get that accent, there's a certain area in Canada that talks like that...

Me: I've been practicing for years... TV helps.

Man: Ooohhh I don't watch TV...

Then I had to leave the train and according to my colleagues that stayed the man kept talking to other people... I had to get out of the train to change to the Underground toooo gooo tooo my Acting classes >.< at City Acting Fun.

It was actually fun, no real acting going on yet XD. Our teacher is suppose to be a lady called Roses, but for some reason she couldn't be there so another teacher came to substitute his name was Charlie. We did some funny games in order to memorize everyone names, talked about who we were, why we were there, what is Acting for us. Our class has people from the U.K. and out and not everybody is there to become an actor, some are to overcome like crowd fears, like when they to oral presentations at work and are not comfortable with it, other to gain confidence, and some to fulfill their dream curiosity/wish. This curse is eight weeks long, I'm still exited and nervous to what is going to happen next. After the class some went to a nearby Pub, but I couldn't go. The class is from 7 till 9pm, I have to wake up early in the morning, and the cherry on top of the cake..... my period was coming along -_-, so it was best for me to go home after the class.
