Musical Friday #127

EN: Another week has passed but now I'm finally working. But it's not your typical office, Monday to Friday, 9AM till 5PM type of job. I'm working in a Restaurant so that means crazy shifts and no more proper weekends because those are days that I'll be defiantly working. I've been through this before, back in 2011 I worked in a call-center while I lived in Prague but the differences was that I did a 8/9 hours shift and now most of the times I only work 3 hours per day but I'm not the only one.

Anyways this is just temporary, like my mother would say, I didn't go to University, studied abroad, worked abroad to end up working in restaurant! I have big dreams, I always had big dreams but for now is like Drake's song "started from the bottom now we're here", I had to start somewhere and they are paying, so don't let me words make you think that I'm complaining. I'm very grateful for this job opportunity because in fact, they were the only place that called me for an interview and end up hiring me

EN: It was really too soon to assume that Summer was here. I should have know better, a very very hot day out of nowhere is normally a sign of bad weather incoming, am I wrong? Possibly >.<.

After Tuesday the weather went down hill, I feel like I'm in London or Prague, having 3 different types of weather in one day.

I just want the sun to stick around. I think we are all sick of bad weather for now.

Musical Friday #21

Hello everyone. How was your week? 

As for me, I went to visit my brother that came from Ireland for a couple of days in order to pick up his daughter and take her with him to Ireland. Then I went to optician to fix my glasses lens, and after like an hour and half, me walking around the shopping mall Vasco da Gama killing time "blindly" window shopping, I got my glasses back, they had to do some touch up, and then I had to rush to catch a bus (not before I went back to a certain store and buy something lol). Oooooonly when I arrived home I notice other problems with the galsses frames, the glasses don't stay straight on my face, like... you know that your body is not 100% equal from side to side, so imagine if one of your ears is placed a bit higher than the other one, so can imagine how your glasses are gonna look like on your face right, that is how is looking on my face, and it's kinda disturbing me 'cause the lens in a way is not placed right, so noooow I have to go again to the optician and ask them to fix this damn thing again arrrghhh... The only thing that bother me the most is the fact that the optician is placed in Lisbon... and I don't live in Lisbon.... and only next week I will be able go to Lisbon to do something else and then also take care of these damn glasses.
