Haul | Online Shopping - ASOS and Boohoo

EN: Hello my lovelies! This last week I finally managed to film not one but two videos, so here's the first one. It's another haul video but this time around is about things that I bought online. Well my shopping experience has been mainly with Amazon and E.L.F., I was always "afraid2 of buying clothes online, simply because of the issues if the clothes didn't fit properly and then have to send it back blah blah blah.

On Christmas days I decided to buy two parkas, a light one from ASOS and a warmer one from Boohoo. Two weeks later I bought two rings from ASOS and a few weeks after that I bought some sweaters and beanies from Boohoo.

So far I'm very happy with the things that I bought and have no complaints.

What about you guys? Do you shop clothes online a lot?

EN: Now that I finally have my Parka, actually not only one but two, now I'm on a hunt for some boots. I have some mid and high heels boots but those are not always practical for everyday basis, so I'm looking mainly for flat boots that are also good for cold and rainy days in London.

Any suggestions? Something that is also affordable if possible. Ideally I would love a pair of Dr, Martens boots but they cost around £80 to £100 :(.

EN: Hello Bananas! In the last 2 weeks I've been to the beach already 4 times. It might not be much for some of you but for me it is. Lately traveling to the beach, although is more accessible it's getting more and more expensive, I've been lucky enough to go with some of my friends by car.

I've never been crazy about getting tanned but over the last 3 years I die for one. Since 2009 I've been leaving abroad in countries where the sun is a bit shy and there's no proper beaches so whenever I return to Portugal I'm "kinda of" pale and desperate for some colour.

When I go to the beach I try not to forget my cap - to protect my head of course -, my sun glasses - so that I don't spend all day squinting my eyes -, a lip balm because I have dry lips - and sun block - although I want to get tanned, I don't want any skin problems. And even using sun block I still can tanned but at least it's a healthy tan and not a sun burn.
Remember girls ALWAYS use sun block, I'm sure you don't want to get skin cancer or have horrible skin when you get older.

What are your beach essentials?

P.S.: I really want a Tribal/Aztec bikini even though I don't need a new bikini right now lol.

EN: Hello Bananas! We are in May and you know what that means... Festival Season has started!

Now I haven't been to a concert (like a big proper one) in freaking ages. Living where I live is a big disadvantage so I can't go as much as I wished and I always end up not having money when it's time for Festivals :/.

Anyways today's outfit is what I would where if I would go to a open spaced concert. Let's be realistic, in a concert you can end up staying up for hours, so I need flat shoes, here in Portugal during Summer time it is hot has hell and I will bring a jacket because depending where the concert is at, the nights sometimes - soooometimmeesss - can be a bit chilly.

Are you guys going to any concert/festivals this Summer?

PT: Olá Bananas! Estamos em Maio e para quem vive em Portugal sabe que a época de Festivais está mesmo ao virar da esquina.

A última vez que fui a um concerto - daqueles mesmo à séria - faz ooohhh anos. Uma das razões é por causa de onde eu vivo por isso não posso ir com muita frequência e também calha nunca ter dinheiro na altura dos Festivais :/.

De qualquer das formas o outfit de hoje é o que eu usaria num concerto ao ar livre. Sejamos realistas, num concerto uma pessoa passa horas em pé por isso preciso de sapatos rasos, aqui em Portugal vocês sabem bem como são as temperaturas no Verão e levaria um casaco porque às vezes - àààsss veeeezes - dependendo da zona, faz um briolezinho à noite.

Vocês vão a algum concerto/festival este Verão?

EN: Hello Bananas! Today I decided to play around with Polyvore. Today I was feeling the Blues lol. It's a simple outfit, my favourite pieces are the leather jacket, that I already featured on another collage of my favourite winter jackets, I absolutely LOVE IT! And also the platform ankle booties, they are actually made in Portugal - Officina Lisboa - I freaking want a pair!

Warm me up! #1

Hello everyone! Today's post is about jackets and coats :). I went over to Polyvore and made this collage with some of my favourite jackets and coats of the moment. Starting off with the one of the picture above, every time I see it I die a little lol. The Whistles Marlon Quilted Leather Jacket can be found at ASOS - it's correctly out of stock - it costs €409.76/£295.00 (uufff kick in the balls) but I managed to find the same jacket at House of Fraiser and they only have size 8 online... guess many people like it haha. For me this is the currently THE perfect leather jacket. I have one leather jacket in black but it is a bit cropped, basically ends a bit after my boobs and I wanted something longer in black. Then there is this coat from Zara I love the shape/style, I don't dislike the colour but I would prefer in Black. YES I LOVE BLACK. You can see the black version of this coat in this video from So Totally Vlog [here] at 5:21. Also you can see Andy Torres' latest Blog post, she is also wearing the black version of the coat [here]. I think that it's the same model, if not there are very very similar.

EN: When Fall/Autumn comes along I just think of BOOTS! I just simply love boots. And one of my main problems is that the boots that I have eventually water filters in, even if they are from Bershka, Stradivarius, Zara, Seaside whateva, okei I know they aren't necessarily rain boots, they are just boots... but sometimes it really pisses me off.

Soooo I really need to invest in a good pair of boots. Now on the collage that I made not all of those boots will be good for rainy days, specially the suede ones and some of them are ridiculously expensive but still they look nice hehe.

One pair of boots that I've been wanting for yeeeaarrsss are the Dr Martens ones and when I say years I mean yeeaarrss, like 10 years already. In a way it's my fault that I end up wanting quantity over quality but also when I have some money it always ends up going for other stuff with a bigger priority. But I haven't given up, one day I will have a pair or two :P.

Which pair is your favourite?

PT: Quando o Outuno chega eu só penso em BOTAS! Eu amo botas. Um dos meus problemas é que a maior parte das minhas botas entra água -_-, sejam elas da Bershka, Stradivarius, Zara, Seaside etc... okei eu sei que elas não são necessariamente botas para a chuva, sõa simplesmente botas... mas ehpah fico P da vida.
Então preciso mesmo de investir no bom par de bota. Agora a collage que eu fiz nem todas as botas são boas para os dias de chuva, principalmente as de camurça e algumas são estupidamente caras mas são giras na mesma hehe.
Um par de botas que eu quero à aaanooooos são umas das Dr Martens e quando digo anos é mesno aannooosss para aí uma década já. De uma maneira a culpa é minha que acabo por querer quantidade sobre qualidade mas também muitas das vezes quando calha ter dinheiro algo acontece e então tenho que estabelecer as minhas prioridades.
Mas ainda não desisti de um dia comprar um par ou dois :P.
