Hello April

EN: Hello Bananas! How are you? 

If you saw my previous posts you will know that the month of March for me was horrible. So I'm really really reeaaalllyyy hoping that the month of April will be better.

April is a bit of a special month for me, because my birthday is on the 18th. So from right now I'm basically 17 days away of turning 27 years old. I will not lie, when I was younger I couldn't wait to be older but since I entered my 20's I get a bit "anxious" and "freak out" of getting older :/.

Also - and I can only speak for Europe - hoping that the weather gets better. In Portugal it has been raining constantly and then in the U.K. was still snowing... SNOWING? I think this is more than a sign that the world is changing, so be prepared. 

Anyways I leave you with some pictures as a bit of inspiration. I normally collect the pictures with Pinterest and nowadays with Tumblr as well. But today I went to Pinterest and when I clicked for the Embed option (which gives me a special link for the picture) it opens another page with God knows how many options in order to get a link but none of the links worked with Blogger. If you guys know anything about this, please let me know!

Primark Spring/Summer Collection 2013

EN: Hello Bananas! As I was sitting in my bedroom and looking out of my windows this morning it was raining like crazy bananas and I immediately started thinking of warmer weather and wearing less clothes. Two days ago I came across some new videos of Primark for the new Spring & Summer collection for 2013. In general I like what I see, although most of the trends we kinda already seen last year, with the pastels, neons, paisley, lace, sporty etc.

Nevertheless, something interesting in fact is that Primark is going launch a Sports line. Well I'm not 100% if it is something new but is definitely the first time that I (personally) noticed such clothing items.

PT: Olá Bananas! Estava eu aqui no meu quarto de manhã a olhar pela janela e estava a chuver a potes e imediatamente comecei a pensar em tempos mas quentes e de usar menos roupa. À dois dias vi uns vídeos sobre a nova colecção para a Primavera e Verão da Primark. No geral eu gosto mas ao mesmo tempo muito do que vemos são tendências do ano passado como as cores em tons de pastel, neons, o padrão paisley, renda, estilo desportivo etc...

No entanto, algo de interessante é que a Primark vai lançar uma linha desportiva. Bem eu digo que vai lançar porque é a primeira vez que eu (pessoalmente) tenha notado tais roupas.

Desperately in need of my Spring Break...

 

Yeah that's it, I need a big fat break.... Lots of stuff going on, and all at once. Like that saying in Portuguese "Quando uma coisa vai abaixo, vai tudo abaixo" it's basically, "When one thing falls, everything else falls", and it's not little things, it's actually big shiz -_-

I wanna sleeeeeep 'till late hours. I'm Le Tired. But then again if I do that, the day has passed away, and time really flies fast in this country (U.K.). One of the craziest, weirdest things I had to get use to it was the fact that in winter, when other people say to you that at 4:30pm is basically night, it is TRUE. And by 5pm is completely night, I'm not joking. So imagine that you wake up late lets say 1pm, before you know it's 4:50 and it's night... but technically is still "day" get it?

Most people are going home for Spring Break, I'm staying here.... big lack of money. And a lot of studying to do -_-

Oh well one of many thing I have to get use to.

I'm off to bed guys....
